By using Cineastre you accept these terms. They are provided in good faith and are not legal advice; have them reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.

1. What Cineastre is

Cineastre is a discovery layer. We surface property pages published on third-party portals and link you to them. We are not an estate agent, we do not own or manage any property, and we are not a party to any rental or sale agreement.

2. Accuracy of results

Listing data belongs to the source portals and can change or expire at any moment. We filter out links that fail our checks, but we cannot guarantee that a property is still available or that the price, surface area or description is correct. Always verify every detail on the source site before acting.

3. Fraud vigilance

Peer-to-peer sources carry a higher risk of fraudulent adverts. Never send money, pay a deposit, or share identity documents before visiting a property and verifying who you are dealing with.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Cineastre to scrape, republish or resell content, to overload the service with automated requests, or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Liability

Cineastre is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on third-party listing data or from dealings with any landlord, agency or platform reached through the site.
